PSA Group (now rebranded to Stellantis N.V. following its merger with Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) represents 14 of the most recognisable automotive brands, such as Peugeot, Citroën and Vauxhall. With such a diverse portfolio and a client base spanning the furthest corners of the globe, PSA wanted to extend its customer journey beyond the sale of a vehicle by also providing insurance products which could be added on to a newly purchased car.
We were entrusted with developing the digital platform strategy and design of the new PSA Insurance website, which ensured simplified yet robust functionality and easy to understand data and technical terminology for end users, with a focus on optimising conversion rates.
We were also tasked with devising the campaign messaging and identities for the various insurance products developed by PSA Insurance.
We worked on a website designed to adhere to responsive web standards packed with retina-ready visual content, consumer-focused copy and an intuitive functionality enabling customer conversion at every point.
Additionally, we crafted a series of digital campaigns for the various insurance products that were designed to communicate with a global audience, transcending language and culture differences, to help maximise brand and product awareness irrespective of region.
